Shipping and delivery

Marlow Home Decor delivers to addresses within Türkiye. International delivery is not currently available. The current delivery charge appears on this page, in your bag and in the order summary before payment. Any free-delivery threshold is displayed in the same places.

We use protective packaging suited to each product. If an order needs more than one parcel, we do not add a packing fee or a second delivery charge. Tracking details are added to your order after dispatch.

Please check the delivery address, phone number and recipient details before paying. Contact us with your order number for address changes or delivery problems. If a parcel has already been dispatched, we will check the available options with the carrier.

We recommend checking the parcel on arrival. For damaged, broken or missing items, contact us with photographs and a carrier report where available. The absence of a report or acceptance of a parcel does not by itself remove your statutory rights.

Orders must be delivered within 30 days unless a different arrangement is legally permitted. If performance becomes impossible, we will notify you within 3 days of learning this and refund the amount collected, including delivery, within 14 days of that notice. Lack of stock alone is not treated as impossibility.

In-stock items normally leave our store within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery within Türkiye is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. We will inform you of delays; these estimates do not extend statutory delivery obligations.
