MARLOW HOME DECOR

Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also withdraw before delivery. Send your notice through your account order details or in writing to the support email below. An account and an explanation are not required.

Including your name, order number, items and quantities helps us process the request. Suggested notice: ‘I withdraw from order [number] for [items/quantities]. Name: […], delivery date: […], notice date: […].’ Using this wording is optional.

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pack the item and any accessories to protect them during transit and retain the shipping receipt. Opening the box alone does not justify refusing a return; inspection needed to assess the product is distinguished from use that damages it.

Marlow Home Decor pays return shipping. Contact our support team for prepaid shipping instructions and the return address. If no return carrier was specified before purchase, we also cover the cost of returning the goods with your chosen carrier. If the specified carrier has no branch in your area, we will arrange collection at no additional cost. Waiting for our reply is not a condition for a valid withdrawal notice.

We refund the returned goods and, when you withdraw from the whole order, the original delivery charge, to the same payment method without additional deductions within 14 days of handover to the carrier. For withdrawal before delivery, this period starts when we receive your notice. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Contact us for broken, faulty, missing or incorrect items; we cover the shipping needed to resolve the issue. Statutory rights concerning defective goods are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period. Any exception for goods made to your specifications will be clearly stated before purchase. We do not apply a blanket ‘no returns’ rule to standard catalogue items.
