Sales terms and pre-contract information

These terms apply to orders placed through Marlow Home Decor. Seller identity and contact details appear below; buyer, billing and delivery details appear at checkout. Product names, key characteristics, quantities and prices are shown on the product page and in the order summary.

Product prices include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, any discounts and the total payable are displayed before ordering. No additional service or charge is added without your consent. Delivery is limited to addresses in Türkiye, using the card payment methods offered at checkout.

Review and correct your items, quantities, total and address before submitting your order. Completing payment creates an obligation to pay. Orders are processed once the bank confirms the payment. If a transaction is interrupted or its result is unclear, check your order status and contact us before paying again.

Depending on the selected payment model, card payment takes place through our card form or a bank-directed page. Bank authentication steps apply where required. Card numbers and security codes are not retained in the order record. A copy of the terms accepted when ordering is preserved with your order.

Contact the support email below with your order number. Acceptance of a return request does not mean a bank refund has already been completed; refund completion is communicated separately.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Disputes may be referred to consumer arbitration committees within the applicable monetary limits and jurisdiction rules, or to consumer courts following mediation where legally required.
